Date changes:
You can make changes to the date of your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before the visit. For other periods, the following applies:
• 7 or more days before the check-in date: No penalty
• 7 to 3 days before the check-in date: 50% penalty
• 3 to 0 days before the check-in date: 100% penalty
To cancel a visit:
You can do so up to 10 days before the date without penalty*. If you cancel after that period, the following conditions apply:
• 7 or more days before the check-in date: No penalty
• Cancellation 7 to 3 days before the check-in date: 50% penalty
• Cancellation 3 to 0 days before the check-in date: 100% penalty.
** Refunds may take up to 30 business days.
